Welcome to Avalokiteshvara Kadampa Buddhist Centre (AKBC)
We are glad you've found us, and hope you find here what you are looking for, whether it be meditation classes for beginners, guided meditations, retreats, or special courses. We offer all level of Buddhist studies, books on meditation & Buddhism, helpful reference materials, and spiritual community.
Meditation is for everyone, regardless of religious background, race, ethnicity, gender, or orientation. We welcome everyone, including people of all faiths, to any of our Kadampa meditation centres throughout the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. There are over 1,100 Kadampa meditation centres and groups worldwide.
Spring is here! The calendar includes our regular classes and activities suitable for people of all interests. Look for classes in:

- Glen Williams / Georgetown
- Mississauga on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and
- Oakville
