Meditation is for everyone, regardless of religious background, race, ethnicity, gender, or orientation. We welcome everyone, including people of all faiths, to any of our Kadampa meditation centres throughout the area and beyond, at the 1100 Kadampa meditation centers and groups worldwide.

We offer all level of Buddhist studies, books on meditation & Buddhism, helpful reference materials, and spiritual community.

Sept 12th & 19th - Foundation Program Introduction - - 12:30 - 5:30 pm (break 2:30-3:30pm). The study of Joyful Path of Good Fortune by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
This book presents the stages of the path to enlightenment, or Lamrim. This presentation, over 1000 years old, is a condensation of Buddhas 84,000 teachings into 21 stages.People interested can come attend to listen. Everyone is welcome.
